New chromium fog inhibitor BRT-027F perfluorohexyethyl sulfonic acid

BRT-027F chromium fog inhibitor:

1. BRT-027F is first diluted 33 times (normal temperature water is enough), equivalent to 1% dilution solution.

2. 1000L cylinder opening plus 1.5L BRT-027F chromium fog inhibitor 1% diluent. When the bath temperature is 60℃, the consumption is about 1000 Ah and 1% dilution solution of about 15 ml BRT-027F chromium mist inhibitor is consumed.

3. According to the actual consumption of BRT-027F chromium mist inhibitor (diluent) in electroplating, 1% diluent of BRT-027F chromium mist inhibitor was added separately.

4. BRT-027F can withstand high temperature above 60 C.
